Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs

imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, were deposited with it between 1.1.2009 and 31.1.2009:
1. Collective contract of higher degree (for a. s. and s. r. o.) for 2009 (dated 17.12.2008) concluded between
Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Section of the Road Economy
and
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair Czech and Moravia - Section of road economy.
2. Collective contract of higher degree concluded for the years 2009 - 2010 (dated 17 December 2008)
Association of Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic
and
ECHO union.
3. Collective contract of higher degree (of 9 January 2009) concluded between
Czech Union of Employers in Energy
and
ECHO
and
Czech Energy Union
and
The union of nuclear power plant employees.
4. Collective contract of higher degree concluded for 2009 - 2010 (of 9 January 2009)
Association of Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic
and
The union of employees of glass, ceramic, jewellery and porcelain.
5. Collective contract of higher degree for 2009 (of 19 January 2009) concluded between
