supplementing the Decree of the Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 113 / 1980 Coll., on the provision of scholarships and contributions to university students
The Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic provides in agreement with the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Socialist Republic, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic and with other participating central bodies pursuant to § 98 paragraph 2 of Act No. 39 / 1980 Coll., on Higher Education:
The Decree of the Ministry of Education of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 113 / 1980 Coll., on the provision of scholarships and contributions to university students, is added as follows:
Article 4 (6) (e) reads as follows:
"(e) the amount by which the pension has increased under the statutory measure of the Bureau of the Federal Assembly No 76 / 1979 Coll., the increase in pensions, and the amount by which the pension has increased under the statutory measure of the Bureau of the Federal Assembly No 7 / 1982 Coll., the increase in pensions and certain amendments to the Social Security Act."
Measures taken in accordance with Article Even this decree after 1 February 1982 shall be deemed to have been made in accordance with that decree.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
