DECLARATION
Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Socialist Republic
of 4 June 1969
amending and supplementing the Ordinance on administrative charges
The Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Socialist Republic provides in the agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to § 17 paragraph 1 of Act No. 105 / 1951 Coll., on Administrative Charges as amended by Legislative measure No. 138 / 1960 Coll.:
Decree No. 146 / 1965 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 26 / 1967 Coll., amending and supplementing the Decree on Administrative Charges, is amended as follows:
Tariff heading 22 The following text shall also be deleted and replaced by the following:
"Registration of the change of the holder of the motor vehicle or trailer (including with repair in relevant documents):
(a) single-track motor vehicles

Notes:
1. If there has been a first change of the holder of the motor vehicle before 10.6.1969 between persons close to *), this change shall not be considered as a first change within the meaning of item 22 (b).
2. The fee shall be payable by the current holder when the transfer is notified.
3. Where the age of the vehicle is decided for the determination of the fee rate, the production year shall be recorded in the VB Transport Inspectorate register for the assessment. In those cases where vehicles are supplied at the end of the year for which the following year is indicated on the label and on the technical licence as the year of manufacture, the year in which the vehicle was registered shall be the relevant year for determining the fee rate. When a motor vehicle has been converted into another type, the type recorded in the register of VB Transport Inspectorate shall decide.
4. If the holder of a motor vehicle referred to in point (b) has been changed in full or in part by a free transfer, the notarial donation fee paid which has been proven to have been paid for the given vehicle shall be deducted from the prescribed fee.
5. If the holder of the motor vehicle has changed from the deceased to the heir, the fee shall not be payable; However, if the motor vehicles referred to in point (b) are concerned, a fee shall be levied for the registration of the change of the holder of the motor vehicle from the heir to the next holder by a rate corresponding to the age of the motor vehicle at the time of the change of the holder. The preceding provision of this note shall apply mutatis mutandis if the holder is changed by an official order, a court decision or a result of the termination of the marriage and the associated settlement of the shared ownership of the spouses, or by donating a vehicle between parents and children.
6. If the motor vehicle referred to in point (b) has been transferred from the deceased to the heir, by official order, by decision of the court or as a result of the termination of the marriage and the associated settlement of the unjoint ownership of the spouses or by donation between parents and children before 10.6.1969 and a fee of 600 CZK has not been collected or a fee has been levied, a fee shall be levied for the registration of the change of the holder of the motor vehicle to other persons in those cases referred to in point (b).
7. In the exchange of two-track motor vehicles whose production year does not differ by more than 2 years, each holder shall pay a fee equal to the amount specified under (c). If the motor vehicles referred to in point (b) are involved, the transferor shall pay the fee at the next time the change of the holder of the motor vehicle is registered, according to the provision quoted, corresponding to the age of the vehicle at the time of the change.
8. A fee reduced by half shall be levied for the registration of a change to the holder of a two-track motor vehicle fitted for disabled persons and transferred to an invalid.
9. Vehicles obtained on a waiting list are also considered to be motor vehicles obtained from the reserve of the leading central authorities, obtained by the carriers of the Czechoslovak Order and Honours, as well as vehicles damaged, used, exhibition and other acquired from socialist organisations.
10. The fee referred to in point (b) shall be reduced by half for the entry of a change in the holder of a motor vehicle obtained by winning the lottery or imported individually from abroad.
A fee shall be levied in accordance with point (c) for the registration of a change in the holder of a motor vehicle purchased in Tuzex.
11. Where a fee has been levied for the registration of a change of the holder of a motor vehicle as referred to in point (b), all other entries of the change of the holder of that vehicle shall be subject to the rate referred to in point (c). ';
This decree takes effect on 10 June 1969.
