DECLARATION
Central Energy Management
of 29 February 1964
amending the Decree on tests of welders of certain technical equipment
In agreement with the participating ministries and the Central Council of Trade Unions pursuant to Section 10 of Decree No. 53 / 1952 Coll., the Central Energy Administration provides for the safety and economy of the operation of certain technical installations:
The tests prescribed by Decree No 143 / 1959 of the Ú. l., on tests of welders of certain technical equipment, shall be carried out as from 1 January 1964.
a) State Research Institute of Material and Technology, Prague 1, Staré Město, Opletalova 25 (for the area comprising the regions of Central Bohemian, South Bohemian, West Bohemian, North Bohemian, East Bohemian and North Moravian regions and for the territory of the capital of Prague),
b) Research Institute of Svarovský, Bratislava, Februář vítázstva 135 (for the territory comprising the regions of South Moravian Region, Zapodoslovenský, Mediterranean and Východoslovenský).
This amends Article 2 (1) of the Decree cited.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
