Government Regulation
of 9 November 1955
amending and supplementing Government Regulation No 114 / 1953 Coll., on delivery obligations and on the purchase of agricultural products, as amended by Government Regulation No 42 / 1954 Coll.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders pursuant to Section 14 of Act No. 56 / 1952 Coll., on delivery obligations and on the purchase of agricultural products (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"):
Government Decree No. 114 / 1953 Coll., as amended by Government Decree No. 42 / 1954 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 2 (2) (b) reads as follows:
"(b) straw of metal sorghum."
2. Paragraph 6 (4) reads as follows:
"(4) Mandatory deliveries shall be made to livestock farmers not holding agricultural land:
(a) pigmeat when operating a private pig fattening centre;
(b) poultry, operating a private poultry house with poultry fattening;
(c) eggs when operating a private poultry establishment with egg production;
(d) milk by number of cows kept;
(e) sheep's wool from each piece of sheep's beard. "
3. Article 8 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) The areas referred to in points (a) to (ch) of paragraph 2 shall be excluded from the area of agricultural land responsible for measuring the compulsory supply of hay. ';
4. Article 11 (4) shall be amended and read as follows:
"(4) For agricultural plants of individual farm farmers, which are in the temporary administration of local national committees, after which machinery and tractor stations are temporarily operated, the supply standards for individual farm farmers shall apply, with a maximum area of agricultural land of between 5 and 10 ha. '
5. Paragraph 18 is amended and reads:
(1) Individual farmers who have been assigned land to use by the management authority of the local national committee or who have contracted for at least six years to land management or low-productive land in state socialist property shall be subject to compulsory supplies in accordance with the delivery standards applicable to the group, to which they would belong, without land assigned to them, after the land in state socialist property which they have contracted.
(2) A reduction of up to 50% of the delivery standards for meat, milk and eggs shall be granted on land to be used. However, this discount shall not be granted to members of single agricultural cooperatives who have been ordered to use land in the area of leased land with which they joined the single agricultural cooperative when leaving the cooperative. In addition, discounts shall not be made available to those individual farmers who have terminated or who do not continue to rent land after the end of the lease period, although there are no economic or other important reasons for doing so if, as a result, they have been ordered to use land of the same size. However, on a proposal from the Agriculture Department of the Council of the District National Committee, the District Officer may also allow discounts in these cases, provided that the reasons are particularly reasonable. '
6. § 35 is amended and reads:
The members of single agricultural cooperatives of a lower type and individually managing small and medium-sized farmers from the same district shall be authorised to carry out the compulsory supply of meat together. The supplier giving part of his supply to the other supplier must have his own annual delivery obligation. '
7. Paragraph 37 (1) shall be amended and read as follows:
'1. for the performance of supply obligations and in-kind remuneration whose performance has been postponed or transferred from the previous year, '
The Minister for Buying is hereby authorised to amend and to publish in the Collection of Laws the full text of Decree No. 114 / 1953 Coll., as follows from Article 1.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication and shall apply to the delivery and purchase of agricultural products from 1956 onwards; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Buying in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
