GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 21 December 2005
on the definition of categories of municipalities for the service of professional soldiers and coefficients for calculating housing allowance
The Government mandates pursuant to § 61 (9) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 254 / 2002 Coll.:
For the calculation of the housing allowance, the following categories of municipalities shall be established for the service of an occupational soldier:
a) I. category - capital Prague,
(b) Category II - other municipalities.
For the period 1 January 2006 to 30 June 2006, the following coefficients for the calculation of the housing allowance are fixed:
(a) 1,34 times the minimum wage (1) for the municipality of Category I;
(b) 1.33 times the minimum wage for category II municipality.
The following coefficients for the calculation of the housing allowance shall be fixed from 1 July 2006:
(a) 1,28 times the minimum wage for Category I municipality;
(b) 1,26 times the minimum wage for category II municipality.
Government Decree No 678 / 2004 Coll., on determining the categories of municipalities serving professional soldiers and coefficients for calculating the housing allowance, is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2006.
