GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 25 November 2002
amending Government Regulation No. 246 / 1998 Coll., laying down lists of classified information, as amended
The Government mandates the implementation of Act No. 148 / 1998 Coll., on the Protection of classified information and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 164 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 18 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 29 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 30 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 363 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 60 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 322 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 151 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 310 / 2002 Coll., and Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 246 / 1998 Coll., establishing lists of classified information, as amended by Government Decree No. 89 / 1999 Coll., Government Decree No. 152 / 1999 Coll., Government Decree No. 17 / 2001 Coll., Government Decree No. 275 / 2001 Coll. and Government Decree No. 403 / 2001 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Annex 12, the heading "Compliance with the ban on bacteriological (biological) and toxin weapons' is added at the end, and under the following headings, points 18, 19a and 20, which, including footnotes 8), 9) and 10) are added:
"18. Data relating to the following high risk and risk biological agents and toxics8)
| a) viry hemoragických horeček (virus Ebola, virus Marburg, virus horečky Lassa, virus Junin, virus Machupo a další), | ||
| b) virus pravých neštovic, | ||
| c) virus ruské jaro-letní encefalitidy, | ||

| 19. Údaje týkající se genetických modifikací těch vysoce rizikových a rizikových biologických agens,9) které jsou uvedeny v bodě 18, jiných modifikovaných organismů nebo genetického materiálu, který obsahuje sekvence nukleových kyselin izolované z těch vysoce rizikových a rizikových biologických agens, které jsou uvedeny v bodě 18 nebo který obsahuje sekvence nukleových kyselin, které se podílejí na patogenitě uvedených biologických agens nebo na tvorbě toxinů | V | V |

2. The following points 13, 14 and 15 are added at the end of Annex 14:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2003.
