on the issue of a price decision
According to Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, the Energy Regulatory Authority informs that, pursuant to Article 17 (6) (e) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Performance of Government Administration in the Energy Sector, and on the amendment of certain laws (Energy Act), as amended, it issued Price Decision No. 8 / 2006 of 21 November 2006 establishing aid for the production of electricity from renewable energy sources, cogeneration of electricity and heat and secondary energy sources.
According to Article 17 (10) (b) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published a price decision in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 27 November 2006, amounting to 10. The price decision became valid on that date. The price decision shall take effect on 1 January 2007.
