amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 569 / 1991 Coll., on the Land Fund of the Czech Republic
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
Act of the Czech National Council No. 569 / 1991 Coll., on the Land Fund of the Czech Republic, is amended as follows:
1.
The highest body of the Land Fund is a presidium consisting of nine members. The President of the Presidium is the Minister of Agriculture of the Czech Republic. The Czech National Council, acting on a proposal from the Government, shall elect the Vice-President and other members from among experts for a period of five years. The Czech National Council may revoke the Vice-President and other members of the Presidium before the end of their term of office. '
2. In Paragraph 9 (2), the following sentence is added at the end: "These proposals are submitted to the Presidium Council."
3. Paragraph 15 (4) is added as follows:
"(4) The income tax on the Land Fund shall be subject to only income from the proceeds of securities. '
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
