DECLARATION
of 14 December 2025
amending Decree No 423 / 2011 Coll., on the method of calculating the costs of the activities of a forest operator in cases where its activities are covered by the State, as amended by Decree No 58 / 2020 Coll.
According to § 37 (13) of Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll., on Forests, and amending and supplementing certain laws (Forest Act), as amended:
In Paragraph 1 (2) of Decree No. 423 / 2011 Coll., on how to calculate the costs of the activity of a professional forestry operator in cases where its activity is paid by the State, as amended by Decree No. 58 / 2020 Coll., the amount "CZK 1,60 'is replaced by" CZK 1,80'.
Transitional provision
For the calculation of the costs of the professional forestry operator's activities in cases where its activity is paid by the State, the rate referred to in Article 1 (2) of Decree No 423 / 2011 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of the Decree, shall be used for the calendar quarter in which the Decree became effective.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 31 December 2025.
