GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 10 December 2025
amending Government Decree No. 271 / 2017 Coll., on Awards by the Ministry of the Interior, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 49 (6) of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and on the amendment of certain related laws (budgetary rules), as amended by Act No. 26 / 2008 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 271 / 2017 Coll., on Awards issued by the Ministry of Interior, as amended by Government Decree No. 251 / 2020 Coll., Government Decree No. 394 / 2020 Coll., Government Decree No. 308 / 2023 Coll. and Government Decree No. 409 / 2024 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (l), at the end of the comma, is replaced by a dot.
2. in Paragraph 1, point (m) is deleted;
3. In Article 5 (1), the words "to the administrative office," shall be deleted.
4. Article 11a is deleted.
5. In Section 12, the text "(m) 'is replaced by" (l)'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
