DECLARATION
of 29 November 2006
repealing certain Regulations of the Ministry of Industry and Trade
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides for the establishment of ministries and other central authorities of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 358 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 359 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 21 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 272 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 152 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 47 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 517 / 2002 Coll., and pursuant to Article 14 (5) of Act No. 406 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 177 / 2006 Coll.:
They shall be deleted:
1. Decree No 311 / 1953 of the Ú. l., on the establishment of a Technoexport, a foreign company for export of industrial plants.
2. Decree No. 312 / 1953 Ú. l., on the establishment of Strojexport, an undertaking of foreign trade for the export of machinery and machinery.
3. Decree No. 313 / 1953 Ú. l., on the establishment of Strojimport, a foreign trade undertaking for the import of machinery and industrial equipment.
4. Decree No 3 / 1959 of the Ú. l., on the establishment of the company Polytechna, a foreign trade undertaking for the mediation of technical cooperation.
5. Decree No 69 / 1959 of the Ú. l., on the establishment of Omnipol, a foreign trade undertaking for the export and import of sporting and hunting weapons and ammunition to them, as well as sports and civil aircraft.
6. Decree No. 148 / 1965 Coll., on the Establishment of Damage Export, Foreign Trade Company.
7. Decree No. 149 / 1965 Coll., on the Establishment of Investa, a Foreign Trade Company.
8. Decree No. 150 / 1965 Coll., on the Establishment of Mercuria, a Foreign Trade Company.
9. Decree No. 151 / 1965 Coll., on the Establishment of Exica, a Foreign Trade Company.
10. Decree No. 163 / 1970 Coll., on the Establishment of Tuzex, Foreign Trade Company.
11. Decree No. 73 / 1971 Coll., on the Establishment of Incheby, a Foreign Trade Company.
12. Decree No. 74 / 1971 Coll., on the Establishment of Omnie, a Foreign Trade Company.
13. Decree No. 145 / 1973 Coll., on the establishment of Drevounion, a foreign trade enterprise.
14. Decree No. 47 / 1989 Coll., concerning the prohibition of export of certain plastic explosives.
15. Decree No 214 / 2001 Coll., establishing the definition of energy sources to be regarded as renewable.
16. Decree No. 212 / 2001 Coll., laying down details for the preparation and implementation of cogeneration.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
