DECLARATION
of 10 December 2002
amending Decree No 498 / 2000 Coll., on the planning and implementation of economic measures for crisis situations
The management of the State tangible reserves is determined in accordance with § 29 (a) to (e) of Act No. 241 / 2000 Coll., on economic measures for crisis situations and on the amendment of certain related laws, hereinafter referred to as "the Act":
Decree No 498 / 2000 Coll., on the planning and implementation of economic measures for crisis situations, is amended as follows:
1. In the first sentence of Paragraph 1 (1), the words "Administrative Office 'are replaced by the words" Central Administrative Office and Regional Office'. footnote 1 is deleted;
2. In Article 1 (1), the second sentence is replaced by the following: "The Central Administrative Office shall supplement this list with the necessary deliveries to it by the regional authorities pursuant to Article 10 (4) of the Law. 'and at the beginning of the third sentence the words" The processor of the necessary supply plan' are inserted.
3. in Article 1 (2), the words "the Administrative Office 'are replaced by the words" the Central Administrative Office and the Regional Office' and footnote 4 is replaced by the following:
"4) For example, Article 15 (3) of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on Crisis Management and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Crisis Act), as amended by Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Section 27 of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the Establishment of Ministries and other Central Authorities of the Czech Republic."
4. Paragraph 1 (3), including footnote 5, reads:
"(3) The Central Administrative Office and the Regional Office shall, in accordance with the specific legislature (5), request from suppliers the necessary supplies the data necessary for the processing of their supply plan.
5) Article 15 (3) of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., as amended by Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll. '
5. In the first sentence of Article 1 (4), the words "administrative office 'are replaced by the words" regional office'.
6. in Article 1 (5), the words "the Administrative Office 'are replaced by the words" the Central Administrative Office and the Regional Office';
7. In Paragraph 1 (6), the words "the Administrative Office 'are replaced by the words" the Central Administrative Office and the Regional Office' and the words "on its own administrative territory 'are replaced by the words" in its administrative territory'.
8. In Article 2 (3), the sentence in front of the semicolon is replaced by the sentence "Where the processor of the necessary supply plan is the central administrative office, the total number of necessary deliveries available shall be broken down by administrative districts of the regions'.
9. In Article 2 (4), the words "in writing ', the words" other' are replaced by the words "professionally competent central 'and the word" o' is inserted before the word "method '.
10. in Article 2 (5) (b), the words "the birth number" shall be replaced by "the address of the place of permanent residence."
11. in Article 2 (7), the words "the Administrative Office" shall be replaced by the words "the Central Administrative Office and the Regional Office";
12. in Article 3 (3), the words "professionally competent" shall be inserted before the word "central."
13. footnote 12:
"12) § 10 (4) of Act No. 241 / 2000 Coll. '.
14. footnote 15) reads as follows:
"15) For example, Sections 2 (4) and 13 to 20 of Act No. 222 / 1999 Coll., on the Protection of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., § 2 (e) and § 29 (3) and (5) of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll. '
In Paragraph 12 (2) (b), the words "locally competent district 'are replaced by the words" territorial competent county'.
16. In Article 12 (4), the word "administrative 'is replaced by" regional'.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2003.
