GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 10 December 2025
amending Government Regulation No. 172 / 2016 Coll., on the establishment of thresholds and amounts for the purposes of the Public Procurement Act, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 18 (3) and § 25 of Act No. 134 / 2016 Coll., on Public Procurement:
Government Decree No. 172 / 2016 Coll., on the establishment of thresholds and amounts for the purposes of the Public Procurement Act, as amended by Government Decree No. 471 / 2017 Coll., Government Decree No. 335 / 2019 Coll., Government Decree No. 475 / 2021 Coll. and Government Decree No. 435 / 2023 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In § 2 (1) (a) and § 3 (1) (a) the amount "3 494 000 CZK" is replaced by "3 491 000 CZK."
2. In § 2 (1) (b) of the introductory part of the provision and § 3 (1) (b) of the introductory part of the provision, the amount "5 401 000 CZK" is replaced by "5 386 000 CZK."
3. In § 2 (2) and § 3 (2), the amount "10 826 000 CZK" is replaced by "10 773 000 CZK."
4. In § 3 (3), § 3 (4) (b) and § 4, "135 348 000 CZK" is replaced by "134 764 000 CZK."
5. In § 3 (4) of the introductory part of the provision, the amount "18 330 000 CZK 'is replaced by" 18 703 000 CZK'.
6. in § 3 (4) (a) and § 5 (b), "24440 000 CZK" is replaced by "24938 000 CZK."
7. In § 5 (a) the amount "1 955 000 CZK" is replaced by "1 995 000 CZK."
8. In footnote 1, the text "2014 / 24 / EU 'is replaced by" 2014 / 24 / EU and' and "and 2009 / 81 / EC (C / 2023 / 902) 'is replaced by" (C / 2025 / 7081)'.
(9) footnote 2:

';
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
