DECLARATION
of 30 November 2006
establishing the Institute of Financial Offices
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to Section 7a of Act No. 531 / 1990 Coll., on Territorial Financial Bodies, as amended by Act No. 444 / 2005 Coll.:
(1) The Ministry of Finance shall establish the premises of the financial offices whose names and registered offices are listed in the Annex to this Order.
(2) Each office of the tax office shall provide the office of the tax administrator, where written submissions may be made.
(3) The municipality whose name is part of the workplace name is the seat of the workplace.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2007.
