GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 29 September 2004
amending Government Regulation No 42 / 2003 Coll., laying down technical requirements for transportable pressure equipment, as amended by Government Regulation No 251 / 2003 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to Section 22 of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Products and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 71 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 205 / 2002 Coll., ("the Act ') to implement Sections 11 (2), 11a (2) (c), 12 (1) and (3) and 13 of the Act:
Government Decree No. 42 / 2003 Coll., laying down technical requirements for transportable pressure equipment, as amended by Government Decree No. 251 / 2003 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1, at the end of paragraph 5, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following points (e) and (f) are added:
"(e) carrying out periodic inspections and re-evaluation of the conformity of pressure equipment under the specific legislation (7a);
(f) transportable pressure equipment subject to the general exemption principles applicable to the small quantities referred to in subsections 1.1.3.4 of the ADR and RID.
7a) Decree No. 273 / 1999 Coll., defining designated technical equipment used with military equipment, military equipment, military technology and military objects and conducting tests on designated technical equipment. '
2. In Article 2 (1), "Chapter 6.2 of Annex I to RID 'is replaced by" Chapter 6.2, 6.7 and 6.8 of Annex I to RID';
3. in Article 5 (4) (a) and (b):
"(a) Part 6 of Annex A to the ADR;
(b) Part 6 of Annex I to RID. ';
4. Paragraph 8 (1) is deleted.
Paragraphs 2 to 5 shall be renumbered paragraphs 1 to 4.
5. In Paragraph 8 (1), "2005 'is replaced by" 2007'.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
