supplementing Act No. 427 / 1990 Coll., on transfers of State ownership to other legal or natural persons
The Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic decided on this law:
Act No. 427 / 1990 Coll., on transfers of State ownership to other legal or natural persons of certain items shall be added as follows:
The following Section 26a is inserted after Section 26:
(1) State undertakings, budgetary and contribution organisations and cooperatives cannot, from the date of application of this Act until 31 December 1991, deduct (1) the lease contracts for non-residential premises, (2) the non-residential premises in which the operating units are located (§ 2 (1)) to the organisations referred to in § 1 of this Act.
(2) Where public undertakings, budgetary or contribution organisations or cooperatives have been declared (3) before the date of application of this law of the lease of non-residential premises, (2) by which they have left the non-residential premises in which the operating units are located (§ 2 (1)) to the organisations referred to in § 1 of this Act and if the notice periods (1) have not expired by the date of application of this law, those periods shall expire on 31 December 1991. '
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
