imposing collective agreements of a higher degree

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following higher-level collective agreements have been imposed on him:

1. Collective contract of higher degree for 2026 concluded on 23 October 2025 between the Contracting Parties

Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic

and

Employers' Association Malá Voda Czech Republic;

2. Appendix 1 to the Higher Level Collective Agreement of 20 February 2025 concluded between the Contracting Parties on 14 November 2025

Trade union of glass, ceramics and porcelain

and

Association of Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic;

3. Appendix 3 to the higher-step collective agreement 2023-2032 of 22 March 2023 concluded on 24 November 2025 between the Contracting Parties

Trade union of mining, geology and oil industry workers

and

Employee association of the mining and oil industry.
