THE LAW
of 6 February 2024
amending Act No. 133 / 1985 Coll., on Fire Protection, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

1. in Paragraph 31 (1) (b):
"(b) assessment
1. documentation for the permit of construction, equipment or maintenance work under the construction law, including changes to that documentation;
2. documentation for the implementation of the construction,
3. documentation for the framework permit;
4. documentation or other material for a change in the purpose of use of the construction;
5. documentation to change the completed construction, '.
2. The following Section 69c is inserted after Section 69b:
Exemption for members of voluntary fire protection units
Where the activities of members of voluntary fire protection units in connection with intervention are carried out on the basis of a non-employment agreement, the employer shall not be obliged to schedule staff working hours. ';
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
