on the declaration of the territory of the historical cores of the cities of Cologne, Pilsen, Brno, Lipník nad Bečvou and the Ministry of Monument Reservations
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 5 paragraph 1 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 20 / 1987 Coll., on State Heritage Care:
The territory of the historical cores of the cities of Cologne, Plzeň, Brno, Lipník nad Bečvou and Tříbor are declared as conservation sites ("the reservations').
(1) The boundaries of the territory of the reservation are set out in the Annex to this Regulation and are indicated in the plans deposited with the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic, the State Institute of Monument Care and Nature Protection, the regional centres of State Monument Care and Nature Conservation and the regional, district and urban national committees responsible for the territorial definition of the reservation.
(2) Marking the boundaries of the territory of the reservation in the territorial planning documents and in the territorial planning documentation are regulated by special regulation.1)
The following conditions shall be laid down to ensure the protection of reservations:
(a) the importance of the reservation in the functional and spatial structure of the city and its panoramic values must be strengthened when procuring land planning documentation; In so doing, the historical plan and the relevant urban composition, urban areas and areas, including underground areas, the surface of roads and greenery, as well as the individual objects and their files, must be respected and evaluated in the booking, including in relation to the reservation as a whole,
(b) buildings, urban areas and areas may be used on the reservation only in accordance with their capacity and historical value;
(c) the modifications to the urban areas and the areas in the reservation must be directed towards their renewal, functional and aesthetic evaluation, taking into account the nature of the historical environment of the reservation,
(d) the modification of real-estate cultural monuments in the reservation and their files must be designed and carried out with a view to the continued security of their existence and material nature, as well as the appropriate social use and further appreciation of their artistic and documentary functions;
(e) the modifications to the field and orchards and the construction of technical equipment in the reservation must be designed and carried out taking into account the historical value of the reservation, the individual objects and their files as well as the urban areas and areas;
f) When reconstructing the reservation, account must be taken of architectural relations with cultural monuments and their files, follow up on their volume and spatial composition and environment and complement their whole with adequate means of contemporary architectural creation;
(g) in the case of maintenance work on the reservation, the technical condition of the cultural monuments and their files must be ensured in such a way as to protect them from damage and deterioration until their overall restoration is carried out.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 1989.

ROLIN
The border of the area of the reservation in Cologne leads on the north side of the supporting wall along the railway line along the Elbe River, on the east, south and west side of the historical core along the communication circuit through the streets of Most, Political prisoners, the square of King Jiří of Poděbrad, the streets of Na valy and Sokolská and in the north-western part is guided by the fenced wall of the brewery up to the border of parcel No 27 / 4, where the perimeter of the area of the reservation returns to the starting point.
PLZEN
The border of the area of the reservation in Pilsen is situated on the northeast edge of the historical core at the pedestrian underpass of communication No I / 5 in Sady on May 5, leads further along the outer street line of the Pall street building, on the east side of the Křižík and Shafarík orchards up to the Kharkov waterfront, continues along the street line of the road construction on the south side of Kopecký and Smetana orchards, crossing the streets of May 5, on the west side of the Nejedné orchards, from which the southwest inner edge of the road entrance returns to the southern edge of the road point of the Sades.
BRNO
The border of the area of the reservation in Brno leads in the north to the outer street line of the building in the streets of Gorky, Veverí, Žerotín Square and the Red Army Square, the east of the Sades of Liberation, further along the inner street line of Koliště, Dornych, Uhelné Street and Hybešova Street, crossing the outer border of the pavement of the streets of Kopezné, Anenská and Bakarský and the streets of Hlinka on the north side of Mendlová Square, from where it turns to the north and on the west side of the Úvozu returns to the starting point.

The border of the area of the reservation in Lipnik nad Bečvou leads to the north by the perimeter of the cemetery, along the west side of the street Bohuslavská, on the north and east side of the historical core along the district of the Comenius orchard, on the south by the external border of the building of Novosada street, along the border of the parcel No 2594 / 4, continues along the left bank of Loučenský creek, along the border of the plot No 269, 161 / 1, 270, 1243 / 5, 1243 / 15, 166, along the street Na Zelinka, Brotska, Piarist, Neff, along the border of the plot No 388 / 1 and further along the perimeter of the cemetery, where the border of the territory of the reservation returns to the starting point.
CASE
The border of the territory of the reservation in Příbor leads to the outer edge of the streets of Lidická, Karel Čapka, Boniface Buzka, cross the street of Mábor, via the border of the parcel No 1636, along the streets of Karel Hynek Mácha, Horova and Žižková, cross the street of Stojanova, along the border of the parcel No 175, 176 / 1, 169 streets of Josef Raška, cross the street of Nádražní, along the external border of the street of the streets of the Czechoslovak army and Jičinská, along the border of the parcel No 1369, 1378 to Lidická street, where the perimeter of the area of the reservation returns to the starting point.
