DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Finance

on the issue of the commemorative silver storeč for the 150th anniversary of the launch of transport on the strenuous railway České Budějovice - Linec
The Federal Ministry of Finance declares pursuant to § 3 (2) of Act No. 41 / 1953 Coll., on monetary reform, and pursuant to § 2 (2) of Government Decree No. 35 / 1954 Coll., on commemorative coins:
(1) On the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the launch of the transport on the strenuous railway České Budějovice - Linec are issued a commemorative silver hundred crowns.
(2) The silver stockings are driven by an alloy of 500 pieces of silver, 400 parts of copper, 50 parts of nickel and 50 parts of zinc. The weight of the hundred koruna is 9 g. In the case of stamping, a tolerance up and down of 10 / 1000 and a silver content of 5 / 1000 is permitted. The diameter is 29 mm, the edge is serrated.
(1) On the face of the commemorative silver stokron is the state emblem of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic. Under it in four rows is the designation of the value "Kčs 100 'and the name of the State" CZECH SOCIALISTIC REPUBLIC'. On the sides and down at the edge of the coin are stylized lime leaves.
(2) On the back of the commemorative silver stockron is a passenger car drawn by two horses along the tracks of the horse-drawn railway. Above it is a copy of "RAILWAY RAILWAY." Under the tracks is the text "CZECH BUILDING LINEC 1832 - 1982." The author of the coin's design is the academic sculptor Ladislav Kozák, whose brand "LK" is placed down at the edge of the coin.
This decree shall take effect on 21 June 1982.
