Order of the Minister of Justice
of 30 November 1955
on what is considered to be narcotic agents, poisons, contagious diseases and pests of productive plants under criminal law.
The Minister of Justice orders pursuant to § 205 of Criminal Act No. 86 / 1950 Coll.:
The following shall be considered as contagious diseases in domestic or other economically important animals within the meaning of Article 201 (3) of the Act:
1 July of swine
2. furunkulose (ulceration) of fish
3. stallion disease
4. cholera of poultry
5. rinderpest
6. rinderpest
7. swine fever
8. Myxomatose
9. Animal and bovine diseases
10. contagious anaemia of unungulates
11. contagious polio of swine
12. contagious cattle (abortus Bang)
13. contagious streptococcal inflammation of the udder
14. sheep pox
15. parrot disease (psittacosis) and other ornithos
16. pulmonary disease of bovine animals
17. genital disease of bovine animals (vesicles of bovine animals, contagious vaginal cathar, trichomonas)
18. blister of unungulates
19. The mite disease of bees, pestilence and festering of bee fruit
20. salmonella
21. Foot-and-mouth disease
22. anthrax
23.
24th sash
25. tuberculose of bovine, porcine and poultry
26th tularemia
27. glanders
28th rabies.
Decree of the Minister of Justice No 118 / 1950 Coll., on what is considered to be intoxicating agents, poisons, contagious diseases and pests of productive plants under the criminal law, is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1956.
