Government Regulation
of 2 December 1954
on a special contribution to pension pensions in 1954.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 6 paragraph 3 of Act No. 102 / 1951 Coll., on the Rebuilding of National Insurance:
(1) A special contribution shall be granted to pension pensions to which the beneficiaries are entitled in December 1954, provided that the pension or the total of the beneficiary's pensions does not exceed 300 CZK per month. Where several pensions in one person are composed of a special allowance, only one shall be paid; If they are different above, the higher one.
(2) The pension is the amount of the pension without education, child benefit, nursing or blind allowance and without any increase in helplessness, but together with any increase in the pension insurance provided by the State Pension Insurance Office.
(3) The special contribution to pensions is as follows:
| a) k vdovským | 60 Kčs; |
| b) k ostatním | 100 Kčs. |
Special allowances shall not include:
(a) the retirement of the wife;
(b) an accident pension if the accident is not reduced by at least 50%;
(c) to invalidity pension under Act No. 164 / 1946 Coll., on the care of military and war victims and victims of war and fascist persecution, unless the gainful capacity is reduced by at least 45%;
(d) pensions paid abroad;
(e) pensioners employed from 1 September 1954.
Special allowances received unjustly may be deducted by their payer from other benefits to which the beneficiary is entitled.
The provisions of this Regulation shall apply mutatis mutandis to gifts and salaries provided under free consideration by pension funds.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 December 1954; they shall be carried out by the Chairman of the State Pension Insurance Commission.
