amending and supplementing the provisions on national labour mobility.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
In Section 49 of the Act of 9 May 1947, No 87 Coll., on certain measures to carry out national labour mobility, the heading "Exemption from fees and charges' is deleted, its current wording becomes paragraph 1 and two new paragraphs of the following text are added to this paragraph:
"(2) The aid granted by the County Labour Protection Offices under the provisions of this Act shall be exempt from taxes, charges and other public benefits.
(3) The aid referred to in the preceding paragraph is not considered to be a work income (salary) applicable to the calculation of social insurance premiums, it is exempt from the execution (Sections 4 and 12 of the Law of 5 March 1947, No 47 Coll., on the execution of salaries) and does not have any other legal consequences. '
This Law shall take effect on 10 June 1947; it shall be carried out by all members of the Government.
