about summer time.
The Provisional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
The government is empowered to introduce summer time by way of derogation from Central European time by regulation and to determine its beginning and end.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be implemented by the Minister for the Interior in agreement with participating members of the Government.
