DECLARATION
of 15 December 2005
amending Decree No. 207 / 2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Names and Surnames, and amending certain related acts, as amended
The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to Section 96 of Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Name and Surname and on the amendment of certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 165 / 2004 Coll.:
Decree No. 207 / 2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Names and Surnames and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts, as amended by Decree No. 230 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 499 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 566 / 2002 Coll. and Decree No. 660 / 2004 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 1, in the South Moravian Region, in the column "Community of extended application ', point 20." Znojmo', in the column "Matrix Office 'in point 9." Mikulovice', in the column "List of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the Matrix Office ', point 5 is deleted.
Points 6 to 8 shall be renumbered 5 to 7.
2. In Annex 1, in the South Moravian Region, in the column "Community of extended application ', point 20." Znojmo', in the column "Matrix Office 'in point 16." Znojmo', in the column "List of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the Administration Office ', after point 12." Olbramkorem "insert new point 13." Floater. "
Points 13 to 17 shall become points 14 to 18.
3. In Annex No 1, in the Central Bohemian Region, in the column "Community of extended application ', in point 5," Chernošice', in the column "Matrix Office ', the following point 9" Jesenice' is inserted after point 8: "Hradištko '.
Points 9 to 22 shall become points 10 to 23.
4. In Annex 1, in the Central Bohemian Region, in the column "Community of extended application ', in point 5," Chernošice', in the column "Matrix Office ', in point 9," Jesenice', the column "List of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the Matrix Office ', the following column is added:
"1. Jesenice

3. Vestec. "
5. In Annex No 1 in the Central Bohemian Region, in the column "Community with extended scope ', in point 5." Chernošice', in the column "Matriční opce ', in point 10." Jílové u Prahy', in the column "List of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the matrices', point 1." Jesenice ', point 9. "Vestec" is deleted.
Points 2 to 8 shall be renumbered as points 1 to 7.
6. In Annex 1, in the Central Bohemian Region, in the column "Community of extended application ', point 22." Romans' in the column "Matrix Office 'in point 3." Munich', in the column "List of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the Administration Office ', point 3." Kunice' is deleted.
Points 4 to 12 shall become points 3 to 11.
7. In Annex 1, in the Central Bohemian Region, in the column "Community of extended application ', point 22." Romans' in the column "Matrix Office 'in point 6" Great Popovice', in the column "List of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administration district of the Matrix Office ', the following point 4 is inserted after point 3." Kunice. "
Points 4 to 7 shall be renumbered 5 to 8.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2006.
