of 1 December 2020
amending Act No. 48 / 1997 Coll., on Public Health Insurance and amending and supplementing certain related laws, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 17 (7) of Act No. 48 / 1997 Coll., on Public Health Insurance, and amending and supplementing certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 369 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 282 / 2018 Coll., the following point (e) is inserted after point (d), which includes footnotes Nos 34a and 34b:
"(e) contracts to persons who distribute in vitro diagnostic medical devices under the legislation governing medical devices 34a), POC antigenic tests to determine the presence of SARS CoV-2 virus antigen by means of emergency measures in the event of an epidemic and the risk of its occurrence imposed by the Ministry of Health under the Public Health Protection Act 34b),
34a) Act No. 268 / 2014 Coll., on medical devices and amending Act No. 634 / 2004 Coll., on administrative fees, as amended.
34b) Part One, Title III, Part 3 of Act No. 258 / 2000 Coll., as amended. '
Point (e) shall be renumbered as point (f).
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
