determining the cost indices of the age groups of public health insurers for the year 2007
The Ministry of Health, in agreement with the Ministry of Finance, provides, pursuant to § 20 paragraph 6 of Act No. 592 / 1992 Coll., on Insurance for General Health Attendance, as amended by Act No. 438 / 2004 Coll.:
The cost indices for the allocation of general health insurance premiums for 2007 are set out in the Annex to this decree.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2007.
