GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 14 December 2005
amending Government Regulation No 372 / 2004 Coll., on the granting of reimbursement of certain expenses to prosecutors assigned to perform the duties of Prosecutor's Office abroad
The Government orders pursuant to § 24 of Act No. 119 / 1992 Coll., on Travel Refunds, as amended by Act No. 44 / 1994 Coll. and Act No. 125 / 1998 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 372 / 2004 Coll., on the granting of reimbursement of certain expenses to prosecutors assigned to the performance of the office of Prosecutor's Office abroad, is hereby amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 2 (2) (b), the words "on certain trips to and from the Czech Republic" shall be deleted;
2. In Paragraph 3, at the end of paragraph 1, the sentence "Where, due to a change in the monetary policy of the country concerned, it is not possible or useful to provide compensation in a specified currency, the public prosecutor shall proceed to the change of the specified currency in the manner laid down by the specific legislationm3 '.
3. In Article 3 (2), the third sentence is replaced by the sentence "The method of determining the conversion session is laid down by a separate legislationm3."
4. In the first sentence of Article 3 (4), the words "prosecutor 'are replaced by the words" prosecutors' and the words "everyone 'are inserted after the words" competent'.
5. In the second sentence of Article 3 (8), the words "foreign exchange market 'are deleted.
6. In the title of Section 5, the words "on certain trips to and from the Czech Republic 'are deleted.
7. In Article 5, at the end of paragraph 1, the sentence "For the same reason, the public prosecutor may provide the public prosecutor with evidence of expenditure incurred for travel to and from another country, but not more than the amount of the usual travel expenses to and from the Czech Republic."
8. In Article 5, at the end of paragraph 2, the words "or for travelling to another country, but not more than the amount of the usual travel expenses to the Czech Republic 'shall be added.
9. In Article 5, the sentence "For the same reason, the Prosecutor's Office may provide evidence of expenditure incurred for travel from and from another country, but not more than the amount of the usual travel expenses from and from the Czech Republic, to the public prosecutor shall be added at the end of paragraph 3."
10. In the third sentence of Section 7, the words "foreign exchange market 'are deleted.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2006.
