pursuant to § 123 (2) of the Labour Code (full version No 52 / 1989 Coll.), in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the trade union body, issued Decree No 20.585 / 1990-0320 of 8 November 1990 on the remuneration of members of civil aircraft crews and air traffic controllers.
The proceeds of the Federal Ministry of Transport No 11.121 / 1983-03 of 13.12.1983 on the remuneration of members of civil aircraft crews in civil aviation organisations under the responsibility of the Federal Ministry of Transport (reg. 5 / 1984 Coll.), Decree No 21.958 / 1977-03 of 22.12.1977 on the remuneration of the selected circuit of technical operators managing air traffic in the organisation of air traffic management of the Federal Ministry of Transport (reg. 3 / 1978 Coll.), Decree of the Federal Ministry of Transport and Communications No 6.585 / 1989- 0320 of 27 / 12 / 1989 on the remuneration of crew members of civil aircraft and air traffic managers, and Decree of the Federal Ministry of General Engineering No 2 of 28.6.1983 on the remuneration of testing and satellite pilots and flight pilots of air traffic management organisations of general engineering (No 330 / 307 / 83).
The proceeds take effect on the day of publication in the Collection of Laws.
The proceeds can be consulted at the Federal Ministry of Transport and will be published in the Transport Bulletin.
