DECLARATION
of 11 December 2025
amending Decree No 345 / 2020 Coll., on the determination of the administrative districts of the municipalities entrusted with the municipal authority, as amended by Decree No 389 / 2022 Coll., and Decree No 346 / 2020 Coll., on the determination of the administrative districts of the municipalities with extended scope, the territory of the districts of the capital of Prague and the jurisdiction of certain municipalities to another district, as amended by Decree No 389 / 2022 Coll.
The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to Section 3 of Act No. 314 / 2002 Coll., on the establishment of municipalities with entrusted municipal office, as amended by Act No. 51 / 2020 Coll., and under Section 7 (1) of Act No. 51 / 2020 Coll., on the Territorial Administrative Classification of the State and on the amendment of the related laws (Act on Territorial Administrative Classification of the State):
Amendment of the Order on the establishment of administrative districts of municipalities authorised by the municipal authority
Decree No 345 / 2020 Coll., on the establishment of the administrative districts of municipalities with a municipal authority, as amended by Decree No 389 / 2022 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 4 (3), the words "Great Třebešov 'shall be inserted after the words" Jesenice'.
2. In Article 4 (11), the words "Great Třebešov," are deleted.
3. In Article 7 (13), the word "Bohunovice," is deleted.
4. In Article 7 (16), the word "Bohunovice 'shall be inserted after the word" Granny'.
5. In Article 10 (4), the word "Libomyl 'shall be inserted after the word" Kublov'.
6. In Article 10 (12), the word "Libomyl," is deleted.
Transitional provisions
1. The administrative proceedings which were not definitively completed before the date of entry into force of this Decree shall be completed by the municipal authorities authorised to which the administrative districts of the Municipality of Třebešov, Bohunovice and Libomyšl belonged before the date of entry into force of this Decree.
2. The tasks of the entrusted municipal authority in the context of the elections announced before the date of entry into force of this decree shall be carried out by the entrusted municipal authorities whose administrative districts the municipalities of Big Třebešov, Bohunovice and Libomyšl belonged to before the date of entry into force of this decree.
Amendment of the Decree on the establishment of administrative districts of municipalities with extended scope, the territory of districts of the capital city of Prague and the jurisdiction of certain municipalities to another district
Decree No. 346 / 2020 Coll., establishing the administrative districts of the municipalities with extended scope, the territory of the districts of the capital city of Prague and the jurisdiction of certain municipalities to another district, as amended by Decree No. 389 / 2022 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (2), the word "Libomyl 'shall be inserted after the word" Kublov'.
2. In Paragraph 1 (8), the word "Libomyl," is deleted.
3. In Article 7 (6), the words "Great Třebešov," are deleted.
4. In Article 7 (9), the words "Great Třebešov 'shall be inserted after the words" The Word'.
5. In Paragraph 11 (7), the word "Bohunovice," is deleted.
6. In Article 11 (10), the word ", Bohunovice 'shall be inserted after the word" Granny'.
Transitional provision
1. The administrative proceedings which were not definitively completed before the date of entry into force of this Decree shall be completed by the municipal authorities of the municipalities with extended scope, whose administrative districts Libomysl, Big Třebešov and Bohunovice belonged before the date of entry into force of this Decree.
EFFECTIVE
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
