Government Decree No. 534 / 2004 Coll.

(1) The Bird Region of Podyjí (hereinafter referred to as "the bird region") is defined.

(2) The protection of the birds' area is the populations of the Southern Strakapoude (Dendrocopos syriacus) and of the walrus (Sylvia nisoria) and their biotopes.

(3) The purpose of the protection of the birds' area is to preserve and restore ecosystems relevant to birds' species as referred to in paragraph 2 on their natural grounds of enlargement and to ensure conditions for the conservation of the populations of those species in a favourable conservation situation.

(1) The bird region is situated in the territory of the South Moravian Region, in the cadastral territories of China, Ravonians, Hnanice, Horní Břekkov, Konice u Znojma I, Lesna u Znojma, Lukov nad Dyjí, Mašovice u Znojma, Onšov na Morava, Podmolí, Podmyče, Popice u Znojma, Sedlešovice, Vranov nad Dyjí, Znojmo-Hradiv and Znojmo-town.

(2) The territorial demarcation and description of the border of the bird area are set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation; the indicative graphical representation of the bird area is given in Annex 2 to this Regulation.

(3) The map documents of the scale 1: 25 000, in which the territory of the bird region is drawn, are stored in the central list of nature protection1) and in electronic form at the Ministry of the Environment, the Podyji National Park Administration, the South Moravian Region Regional Office and the municipal authorities of the municipalities with extended scope, in whose administrative district the bird area is located.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

The border passes approximately northeast of the border crossing point Hnanice - Mitterretzbach along the road *) II / 413 towards the village Hnanice. At the crossing point of the road with the river Daniž continues in the eastern direction along this watercourse downstream to the facility of the sewage treatment plant. From here it continues after local communication * *) leading towards the village of Hnanice. After 100 metres, SV turns towards the border of the set (In the border of plot No 397 and S the border of plot No 397, 396, 130, 127, 126 and 125, K. Ú. Hnanice) up to Road II / 413 Hnanice - Rooks. From here on Road II / 413 to the village Ravranice, where it turns 500 m before the intersection with road III / 41320 towards Ravranice - Šatov south and thus inserts into the bird area both sparsely wooded starting points and along their southern edge (along the southern boundary of the plot 410 / 1 and 410 / 2, k.ú. Ravranice) it continues to the road communication III / 41320 Ravrans - Šatov, along which the border of the southern direction approximately 500 m to the first turn with the local road turning to the east, which is 400 m and then diverts S towards the P Skalka border and continues to S (after the border of parcel 423 / 1, k.ú. After that, it leads towards the village of Ravranice and after 100 m turns SV towards the border of gardens (JV border of parcel No. 303, k.ú. Ravranice) and continues to the draining ditch. Following the draining trough of 300 m, the SSV continues towards the border of agricultural parcels (after Z the border of plot No 431, K. the ravens) to the fence of the farm yard (agricultural area). This area passes from the east side and on its north side it is separated in the north direction at the place of the fourth stable from the east. It continues along Z border of plot 433 / 1, K. Ú. ravens to road II / 413 to New Shaldorf. After it continues after crossing the railway line Šatov - Znojmo. Following this line it continues to the railway bridge over the river Dyja, so that the acate forest between the gardens and lines is not included in the bird area (along the SZ edge of the parcel 864 / 1, K. Ú. Sedlešovice) and continues over the bridge and on the left bank Dyje separates and continues the SZ direction along the bank Dyje to the mouth of the Gradnic creek. It continues through the flow of the Gradnic creek up to the bridge on road III / 40819 leading from Znojmo to Hradiště. On this road the border continues to the local part of Hradiště until the intersection with road III / 40819 leading to Mašovice (along the border of OP NP). Following it, the border is about 750 m to the edge of the garden colony (edge of the parcel No 685 / 1, K. Ú. Hradiště), where J turns towards the border of the garden colony and field (The edge of the parcel No 685 / 1, K. Ú. Hradiště) and continues to the field road * * *) leading from the garden colony J towards (parcel No 805, K. Ú. Hradiště). The border leads 80 m along this road and then breaks V in the direction and goes along the southern border of the parcel 688 / 2, K. Ú. Hradiště and after 160 m the border breaks J towards and along the Z border of the parcel no. 491 / 4, K. Ú. Hradiště. After 170 m, the border breaks V in the direction and goes along J border of lots No 491 / 4 and 485 / 1, K. Ú. Hradiště up to the path from the garden colony to the edge of the orchard (plot No 608, k.ú Hradiště), where the border of lots No 491 / 4 and 485 / 1, k.ú. Hradiště up to the path of the orchard (plot No 608, k.ú Hradišovice to SV corner of parcel boundaries No 665, k.ú. In this place the border breaks JZ in direction and goes 100 m along the trough of the left spring branch of the Mashovický creek. From here it continues upstream to the valley of the left spring branch of the Mašovický creek and includes the pond "Na Pravádky" (plot no. 664 / 3, K. Ú. Mašovice). In the area of the agricultural area, it continues from the valley of the creek in the western direction to the draining ditch to the paved road towards the former Mashovice shooting range. It continues along this route towards the shooting range, including a flight draw on the SZ edge of the road (plot No 550, K. Mashovice). From the first intersection of the roads near the first service building the shooting range continues along the north edge of the wooden warehouse to the forest border. This forest goes around its western and southern edges to the crossroads. From here it continues 80 meters south to the forest line. There it turns in the western direction and continues along the forest border, including the grassy plot of the spring near the Pod Čerchovem pond (plots 732 / 1, 732 / 2, 735, k. From here, it continues in the western direction following the asphalt communication along the former signal up to the valley of Žlebského creek. From here still after the former signal (after asphalt communication) to Lukov. It continues after the former signal to the edge of the forest "On the Pyramid." This is where they leave the asphalt communications and head north on the forest border and towards Upper Břekkov. Between Upper Břekkov and Forestry, the border of the bird area continues still along the forest border (the border of NP Podyjí). At the crossing point of the forest border with the valley of the Klaperov creek, it turns west and continues along the border of the forest to the grove, where the enclave of forest-free land is included in the bird's area near the grove (lots No 684, 683, K. Forested, 350, 349 / 2, 341, K. Onshov). From the corner of the plot No. 339 / 1, K. O. Onshov goes along the edge of the forest and 480 m west of the intersection with the local road leading to the above mentioned grove is connected to road II / 398 Znojmo - Vranov. It continues all the way to Vranov nad Dyjí to SV corner of plot No 335 / 10, K. Ú. Vranov, where J breaks in direction and goes with the edge of the built-up area (along J border of plot 335 / 10, K. Ú. Vranov to its JZ corner. From there, S goes towards the forest border (J edge of forest land No 335 / 13 and 335 / 1, K. Ú. Vranov and Z edge of forest land No 151, K. Ú. Čežov) to local communication. The border crosses this communication and goes up the left bank of the river Dyje upstream to the lake in Zadny Hamr, where it crosses the river and bends 100 m of JZ from the shore towards the edge of the forest. From here it goes west along the edge of the forest, to the right bank of the river under Zámkem Vranov nad Dyje at the site of the Lake Formoza. On the right bank, it continues 470 meters upstream. It then disconnects in the western direction along the forest border to intersect with the road II / 398 Vranov - Podmožky (near Vranov School). It continues along the road towards Vranov Castle. From the gate of Vranov Castle continues along this road 600 m SZZ towards the intersection with the local road. From here the border leads JV towards the forest border (NP border), including U Jejkala ponds (parcels 229 / 1, 229 / 2, 230, 228 / 1, 228 / 2, 232 / 1, 233 / 1, 231, K. Ú. podměčky). From these pond still to the border of the forest to the intersection of the edge of the forest with the state border with Austria. From here to the border crossing Hnanice - Mitterretzbach leads the border of the bird region along the state border with the Federal Republic of Austria.
