According to Article 54 of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs, as amended by Act No. 102 / 1988 Coll. and No. 113 / 1990 Coll.:
The Decree of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade on non-commercial exports and imports of cases No 41 / 1985 Coll., as amended by Decree No 179 / 1988 Coll., No 118 / 1989 Coll., No 4 / 1990 Coll., No 52 / 1990 Coll., No 225 / 1990 Coll. and No 423 / 1990 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. entry No 3 of Annex 4 to the Order reads:
"3rd two-stroke cars."
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
