amending Government Regulation No 59 / 2015 Coll., on service tariffs and the special allowance for professional soldiers, as amended, and repealing Government Regulation No 427 / 2021 Coll., amending Government Regulation No 59 / 2015 Coll., on service tariffs and the special allowance for professional soldiers, as amended
The Government mandates pursuant to § 68 (2) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 332 / 2014 Coll.:
Amendment of Government Decree No. 59 / 2015 Coll., on service tariffs and special surcharge for professional soldiers, as amended
In Article 2 of the Decree of the Government No 59 / 2015 Coll., on service tariffs and on a special surcharge for professional soldiers, as amended by Decree No 282 / 2015 Coll., Decree of the Government No 346 / 2016 Coll., Decree of the Government No 427 / 2016 Coll., Decree of the Government No 175 / 2017 Coll., Decree of the Government No 328 / 2017 Coll., Decree of the Government No 305 / 2018 Coll. and Decree of the Government No 322 / 2019 Coll., paragraph 1 reads:
"(1) The amount of the service charges belonging to the military rank referred to in Section 68 (2) of the Professional Soldiers Act shall be:

REPEAL PROVISIONS
Government Regulation No. 427 / 2021 Coll., amending Government Regulation No. 59 / 2015 Coll., on service tariffs and on a special surcharge for professional soldiers, as amended, is hereby repealed.
EFFECTIVE
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2022.
