GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 3 December 2025
amending Government Regulation No 359 / 2024 Coll., establishing demarcated areas with an impact on buildings for the production of renewable energy with a total installed power up to 50 kW
According to Annex 1 (1) (a) (25) to Act No. 283 / 2021 Coll., Construction Act, as amended by Act No. 152 / 2023 Coll. and Act No. 87 / 2025 Coll.:
Government Decree No 359 / 2024 Coll., on the determination of demarcated areas with an impact on buildings for the production of energy from renewable sources with a total installed power up to 50 kW, is amended as follows:
1. In the title of the Government Order, "50 'is replaced by" 100'.
2. In Section 1, the text "50 kW 'is replaced by the text" 100 kW'.
Efficacy
Article 2 I, point 1, which shall take effect on the day following that of its publication.
