ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 14 December 2020
on the amendment of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution No. 957 of 30 September 2020, the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status for the territory of the Czech Republic because of a health threat related to the detection of coronavirus / referred to as SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic and, within the meaning of § 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on crisis management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of a crisis situation, the adoption of emergency measures, by virtue of § 5 (c) to (e) and § 6 (b).
Government
I. repeals, with effect from 16 December 2020, Government Resolution of 12 October 2020 No 1029, issued under No. 413 / 2020 Coll., on the security and organisation of the provision of social services for the duration of the emergency - Curfew for selected types of social services;
II. orders, with effect from 16 December 2020, from 00: 00 to all social service providers providing social services pursuant to § 49 and § 50 of Act No. 108 / 2006 Coll., on social services, as amended, (home for seniors, home with a special regime), that the following conditions be met in the event of leaving outside the premises or premises of the establishment in which the social service is provided, for the duration of the emergency condition:
1. the walk will be possible within 6 hours and the symptoms of COVID-19 will be monitored upon return,
2. a walk over 6 hours will be allowed on condition that the user is placed in separate areas immediately upon return and within 72 hours of the end of the walk the first antigenic POC test will be performed, which will be repeated for another 3 to 4 days; placing in separate spaces will be terminated in the event of negative results of both tests;
3. the user of social services uses a respirator of at least FFP2 or KN95 class during the walk.
