THE LAW
of 16 November 2006
amending Act No. 218 / 2002 Coll., on the service of civil servants in administrative offices and on the remuneration of such staff and other servants in administrative offices (Staff Act), as amended, and certain other laws
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment to Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps, as amended
Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps, as amended by Act No. 186 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 436 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 586 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 626 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 169 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 253 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 413 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 530 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 189 / 2006 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 115 (2) and (4) are deleted.
Paragraph 3 shall become paragraph 2.
2. Annex 2 shall be deleted;
Amendment to Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., on the salary and other formalities relating to the performance of the duties of representatives of State power and of certain state bodies and judges and Members of the European Parliament, as amended
Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., on the salary and other formalities associated with the performance of the duties of representatives of State authority and of certain state bodies and judges and Members of the European Parliament, as amended by Act No. 138 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 287 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 155 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 231 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 309 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 420 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 362 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 427 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 49 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 359 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 626 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 361 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 388., Act No. 388 / 2005 Coll., and Act No. 189 / 2006 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 9 (1) (b), the words "unless otherwise specified," are deleted.
2. In Article 10 (2), the part of the sentence behind the semicolon reads: "in such cases, the actual performance referred to in Article 6 (1) (c) does not include payment for fuel consumed '.
3. Paragraph 10a is deleted.
Amendment to Act No. 212 / 2000 Coll., on the Relief of Certain Property Injury Caused by Holocaust
In Article 3 (2) of Act No. 212 / 2000 Coll., on the mitigation of certain property injustices caused by the Holocaust and amending Act No. 243 / 1992 Coll., adjusting certain issues related to Act No. 229 / 1991 Coll., on the modification of property relations with land and other agricultural property, as amended, Act No. 93 / 1992 Coll., as amended, as amended, Act No. 227 / 2002 Coll., the term "comma 'is replaced by the term" until 31 December 2006'.
EFFECTIVE
That law shall take effect on the day of its publication, except for Part Four, which shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
