DECLARATION
of 25 February 2025
on the issue of a commemorative silver hundred crown with the motive of the Supreme Court
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 paragraph 1 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 89 / 2018 Coll.:
(1) On 26 March 2025 a commemorative silver coin of CZK 100 with the motive of the Supreme Court (hereinafter referred to as the "Stokorona") is issued within the cycle of the Institution of the Czech Republic.
(2) Stotoruna is issued in special design with polished coin field and matt relief.
(3) The Stovoruna is driven from an alloy containing 925 parts of silver and 75 parts of copper. The weight of the stocron is 9 g, its diameter is 29 mm and its strength is 1.8 mm. In the case of a stomachlor, a tolerance of up to 1% in the silver content, a tolerance of up to 0,18 g, a tolerance of 0,1 mm in diameter and a tolerance of 0,15 mm. The edge of the hundred crown is smooth.
(1) The upper part of the coin is the composition of stylized heraldic animals from the large state emblem of the Czech Republic in the frame. On the left of the frame is the brand of the Czech Mint made up of letters "No" and "M." In the lower part of the coin is part of the facade with the entrance portal of the Supreme Court building in Brno. In the upper edge of the coin is the text "CZECH REPUBLIC." The denomination designation with the abbreviation "100 CZK" is incorporated into the facade part. The year of the "2025" is at the bottom of the coin.
(2) On the reverse side of the hundred crown, there is an allegorical figure in the middle of the coin, a Justin who holds an open book in his hands. To the right and to the left of Justicia are bowls of isosceles. At the top of the coin there is a copy of the text "THE HIGHEST COURT." The initials of the author of the academic sculptor Zbynek Fojt, which are composed of the letters "F" and "Z", are at the bottom edge of the coin.
(3) The picture of the stokoruna is given in the annex to this decree.
This Decree shall take effect on 26 March 2025.
