DECLARATION
of 19 February 2020
amending Decree No 329 / 2019 Coll., on the prescription of medicinal products for the provision of health services
According to Article 114 (1) of Act No. 378 / 2007 Coll., on Medicines and on Changes to Certain Related Acts (Act on Medicines), as amended by Act No. 50 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 70 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 66 / 2017 Coll., Act No. 44 / 2019 Coll. and Act No. 262 / 2019 Coll., for the implementation of Section 80 (5) (g) and (h) of the Act on Medicines:
Decree No. 329 / 2019 Coll., on the prescription of medicinal products for the provision of health services, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 5 (6), the words "one type of medicinal product 'are replaced by the words" two types of medicinal products'.
2. In Article 5, the following paragraph 7 is added:
"(7) The requirement to create a repetitive recipe may contain 2 types of medicinal products only if the number of repetitions for both medicinal products is the same. '
3. In Article 13 (6), the text "Paragraph 9 (4) 'is replaced by" Paragraph 5 (3) (d)'.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 March 2020.
