The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces that a collective agreement of a higher degree was imposed on him, concluded on 12 December 2018 between these Contracting Parties.

Renata Kořínková, Department of Health and Social Welfare of the Czech Republic, represented by President Bc. Dagmar Žitníková, Czech-Moravian Union of Education Workers, represented by President Mgr. František Dobšík, Association of Independent Unions of the Czech Republic, represented by President Bohumir Dufk
of the one part,
and
Government of the Czech Republic, represented by Prime Minister Andrei Babiš
on the other hand.
