DECLARATION
of 20 February 2017
on the model of the staff service of the Financial Analysis Office
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to Section 55 (4) of Act No. 253 / 2008 Coll., on certain measures against the legalisation of proceeds from crime and terrorist financing, as amended by Act No. 368 / 2016 Coll., and pursuant to Section 23 (2) of Act No. 69 / 2006 Coll., on the implementation of international sanctions, as amended by Act No. 368 / 2016 Coll.:
Model of service cards
(1) The service card of the staff of the Financial Analysis Office is a double-printed plastic card which complies with ISO / IEC 7810: 1966 ID - 1, dimensions 85,6 x 54,0 mm with rounded corners. The service card is provided by special locking features, one of which is a holographic item. The heading "FINANCIAL ANALYTICAL AUTHORITY 'appears on the front page. The heading" FINANCIAL REPORTING UNIT OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC' appears on the second line. Under these headings there is a colour representation of the licence holder in the left part of the image which meets the technical requirements for the card photos. The heading "FAO 'appears on the third line. In the right part there is a large state character in colour. The heading" Number of service cards:' shall appear on the fourth line and shall include the space for the number of service cards. The fifth line contains the text "Validity until:" and next to it is the place for the date of validity, indicated in the format dd.mm.rrrr. On the reverse side, the following text is given: "The holder of this service card is an employee of the Financial Analysis Office and is entitled to carry out acts under the legislation on measures against the legalisation of proceeds from crime and terrorist financing and on the implementation of international sanctions. The finder of this service card is requested to surrender to the Financial Analytical Office or to the Police of the Czech Republic. Abuse of a service card is criminal. 'The last line contains the text" Issued by the Financial Analysis Office on:' and behind it is the place for the date of issue, indicated in the format dd.mm.rrrr. Above it is a dedicated place for electronically printed signature of the Director of the Financial Analysis Office. The contact electronic chip is located on the right.
(2) The model of the service card of the staff of the Financial Analysis Office is set out in the Annex to this Order.
Repeal
Decree No 282 / 2006 Coll., laying down the model of the service card, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 April 2017.
