Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 53 / 2015 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the Collective contract of higher degrees for 2015, concluded on 22 December 2014 between the higher trade union - Trade union of agricultural workers and nutrition - Association of Free Trade Unions of the Czech Republic and the employers' organization - Agricultural Union of the Czech Republic, is binding with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this communication also on other employers with a dominant activity in the sector marked by the classification of economic activities of the CZ - NACE with the code name Level 1, Code A Agriculture, Forestry, Forestry, Fisheries.
