DECLARATION
of 13 February 2008
amending Decree No 342 / 1997 of the Ministry of Health Coll., laying down the procedure for the recognition of occupational diseases and issuing a list of health establishments which recognise those diseases, as amended by Decree No 38 / 2005 Coll. and Decree No 250 / 2007 Coll.
In agreement with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Health provides, pursuant to § 16 paragraph 3 of Act No. 582 / 1991 Coll., on the organisation and implementation of social security, as amended by Act No. 134 / 1997 Coll.:
Decree No. 342 / 1997 Coll., laying down the procedure for the recognition of occupational diseases and issuing a list of health establishments which recognise those diseases, as amended by Decree No. 38 / 2005 Coll. and Decree No. 250 / 2007 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the Annex, the words "Masaryk Hospital in Ústí nad Labem 'are replaced by the words" Regional Health, a.s. - Masaryk Hospital in Ústí nad Labem, o.z.';
2. In the Annex, the words "Regional Hospital Liberec, Contribution Organization 'are replaced by the words" Regional Hospital Liberec, a.s.'.
3. In the Annex, the words "Regional Hospital Pardubice 'are replaced by the words" Pardubice Region Hospital, a.s.'.
4. In the Annex, the words "University Hospital of Ostrava, Clinic of Occupational Diseases' are replaced by the words" University Hospital of Ostrava, Clinic of Labour and Preventive Medicine '.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
