amending Decree of the Ministry of Health No 57 / 1997 Coll., laying down the medicinal products fully covered by the health insurance and the amount of the payments of the individual active substances, as amended
According to § 15 (5) of Act No. 48 / 1997 Coll., on Public Health Insurance and on the amendment and addition of certain related laws, the Ministry of Health provides for:
Decree of the Ministry of Health No 57 / 1997 Coll., laying down the medicinal products fully covered by the health insurance and the amount of the payments of the individual active substances, as amended by Decree No 109 / 1997 Coll., No 131 / 1997 Coll., No 220 / 1997 Coll., No 317 / 1997 Coll., No 72 / 1998 Coll., No 133 / 1998 Coll., No 209 / 1998 Coll., No 291 / 1998 Coll., No 59 / 1999 Coll., No 117 / 1999 Coll., No 199 / 1999 Coll., and No 295 / 1999 Coll., Section B of Annex No 2 shall be amended as follows:
