of 23 June 1987
increasing certain pensions which are the only source of income
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
Act No. 121 / 1975 Coll., on Social Security, as amended by the legal measure of the Bureau of the Federal Assembly No. 76 / 1979 Coll., on the increase of pensions, Act No. 150 / 1979 Coll., amending and supplementing the Act on Social Security, Law No. 116 / 1983 Coll., on the increase of pensions and on certain amendments to the Social Security Act, Act No. 73 / 1982 Coll., on the amendment of the Social Security Act and the Regulations on sickness insurance, Act No. 116 / 1983 Coll., amending and supplementing the Act on Social Security, Act No. 56 / 1984 Coll., on certain amendments to the Social Security Act, and Act No. 108 / 1984 Coll.
1. in Article 42 (1) and (2) and in Article 45 (2), the amount "950 CZK" is replaced by the amount "1000 CZK" and the amount "1600 CZK";
2. In Article 60a (1) and (2), the amount "1050 CZK 'is replaced by the amount" 1100 KKS' and the amount "1700 KKS 'is replaced by" 1800 KKS'.
3. In Section 159, "950 Kčs' is replaced by" 1000 Kčs' and "1600 Kčs'.
Transitional provisions
1. Even without a request from a pension payment due after the effective date of this Act.
(2) Pensions of old-age, disabled, widower, orphan orphan children, social and parents and siblings who have not yet been adjusted as a single source of income and which are below the level laid down in Article I shall be adjusted at the earliest on request from the payment of the pension due after the effective date of this Act.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on 1 October 1987.
