THE LAW
of 9 July 1963
amending Section 203 of Criminal Act No. 140 / 1961 Coll.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
Paragraph 203 of the Criminal Act of 29 November 1961 No 140 Coll. is amended as follows:
Trade
(1) Those who continue to leave work without a serious reason or pretend to be incapacity for work, even though they have already been affected by a local court or national committee, will be punished by deprivation of liberty for up to one year or by corrective action.
(2) Those who consistently avoid honest work and are being held up by others or provide their means of livelihood in other unfair ways will be punished by deprivation of liberty for up to three years.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
