designating other local national committees by building offices
The Council of the North Moravian Regional National Committee in Ostrava determines in accordance with § 9 paragraph 2 (a) of Act No. 87 / 1958 Coll., on the Construction Regulations, the building offices of the municipal national committees:

This decree shall take effect on 1 June 1961.
