supplementing and amending Government Regulation No 183 / 1947 Coll., defining agricultural production areas.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 1 paragraph 6 of Act No. 139 / 1947 Coll.:
Government Regulation No 183 / 1947 Coll., determining the agricultural production areas, is amended and supplemented as follows:
1. The following Section 2 is inserted after Section 1:
(1) The Council of the local national committee may, before 31 October of the current year, submit a reasoned proposal to the Agriculture Department of the Council of the district national committee to reassign the territory of the municipality to another production area.
(2) The Agricultural Department of the Council of the District National Committee shall, in cooperation with the Financial Department, discuss the proposals made by the local national committees pursuant to paragraph 1 and submit them by 15 December of the current year to the Agricultural Board of the Regional National Committee.
(3) The Agriculture Board of the Regional National Committee will, in cooperation with the Financial Department, discuss the proposals of the agricultural unions of the Regional National Committees and submit them to the Ministry of Agriculture for a final decision.
(4) In agreement with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Agriculture will decide to reassign the territory of the municipality to another production area and determine at the same time the beginning of the period from which the reassignment takes effect. "
2. Article 2 is amended to Article 3.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Agriculture in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
