Decree of the Ministry of National Defence
of 23 May 1950
on the transfer of the seat of the Regional Military Command of Gottwaldov.
The Ministry of National Defence provides in agreement with the Ministry of Interior pursuant to § 80 (2) of Decree No. 209 / 1949 Coll., implementing the Defense Act:
The seat of Gottwaldov Regional Military Command, which was temporarily in Kromeriz under Decree No 216 / 1949 Coll. is translated into Gottwaldov.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 May 1950.
