expropriating the property entered in insert No 2423 of the land register for the cadastral territory of the Royal Vinohrady.

The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:

§ 1.

The property right, registered in insert No 2423 of the land books for the cadastral territory of the Royal Vinohrad, is transferred to the Czechoslovak State.

§ 2.

(1) Unless otherwise provided for in paragraph 2, the Czechoslovak State shall acquire ownership of the real estate referred to in Paragraph 1 without compensation.

(2) If the transfer of ownership to real estate referred to in § 1 would jeopardise the fulfilment of the obligations of the existing owner of such real estate, the Czechoslovak State will grant him the contribution needed to fulfil those obligations.

(3) The services listed in Appendix 2423 of the Land Book for the cadastral territory of the Royal Vinohrady under Colonel C 1 remain unaffected by the transfer of ownership rights.

§ 3.

The Library Court shall make a deposit of the property property right referred to in § 1 for the Czechoslovak State on its own initiative, with reference to this law.

§ 4.

This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be carried out by the Ministers of Technology, Finance and Justice.
